• Our inspections are visual assessmentsconducted according to 1 (Pre-Purchase Building Inspection Standards).
• We do not provide structural engineering reports or building certifications.
• Our assessments are non-invasiveand do not include destructive testing.
• Pest inspections are not currently included but will be available soon.

No Liability for Builder Responsibilities

We are independent inspectors and do not take responsibility for defects, construction faults, or regulatory compliance of buildings beyond what is detailed in our reports. Any disputes regarding building work should be addressed directly with the builder or relevant authorities.
